I’m here to support you and your family on your journey as new or expectant parent, so that you know you are not alone. I understand the emotions you may be going through, as you struggle, day after day and night after night, trying to settle your child to sleep and suffering from sleep deprivation.
I know from my own personal experience that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to sleep support – or anything else to do with parenting!
That’s why my video courses help you to develop an individual plan to settle your child to sleep in a way that suits you and your family, so you all get the important rest that you need, in a way that’s manageable for you. If your child is 6months +, when you sign up for a course, you’ll also get access to a private Facebook group, where you can ask me questions and benefit from peer support. Alternatively, you can book 1-1 online sessions for individual support, tailored to the needs of your family. I’m a great listener and together, we can devise a plan to help you to move forward in a positive way, to get the sleep you all need.
My approach is down-to-earth and non-judgemental, based on information from courses I’ve completed on sleep and child behaviour and my own personal experience of having a child who is a sensitive sleeper. I have been told I have a unique ability to read, see and hear beneath the surface of problems which helps me give advice and support personal to your own unique situation.
I’ll share with you everything from the up-to-date scientific evidence and developmental expectations, to top tips, advice and support on how to move forwards with your own child’s sleep development.
Working with me, you will be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to make the changes you need for a happier family life.

Build Your Own Sleep Plan
“I have come across Nicole via friends who had followed her for advice on their babies sleep. Our LG started to be really difficult to put to bed, had really frequent wakings and she then always just accepted me and almost always wanted a feed for comfort to go back to sleep. She started to resist being held, but also to be angry when put back to her cot. And then started to refuse some of her naps in the day. Nicole‘s course gave me the background and confidence to get this sorted using a gentle of an approach as we wanted and needed. There was no pressure using certain methods but guidance.
We are now just over 2 month on this journey and although sleep is not perfect yet because of many factors, LG can now get herself to sleep with only little help, she can self settle and only wakes every 3-4 hrs than every 1.5hrs. Once other changes in our lives have settled, we will tackle the what is left but what felt right for us was Nicole’s approach of ‘it needs to feel right for you and your family’ and ‘you change what you feel comfortable changing’.”

Behaviour and Sleep Support Guide
“I originally bought the plan because my 2 year old wakes a lot in the night. Having started the videos and learning more about behaviour and language I’ve already seen improvements in her general day to day behaviour and I understand how to interact with her in a more constructive and understanding way (she didn’t have bad behaviours, but it’s the understanding her actions and reactions which has really made a difference) . The way Nicole explains how to give instruction and explain a task in the way a child will actually understand is brilliant. It’s so simple and seems so obvious once you see it on the video but as an adult you just forget that a child needs more precise and specific instruction! So far we’ve tweaked the daytime routine and the before bed routine to ensure the environment is really promoting sleep but I haven’t yet started to implement the overnight sleep specific changes as these take a bit more time and dedication, which we aren’t quite ready for (need a few days off work to get through the first few nights) but I now have the knowledge and support to do so when we are ready. Having said that already the start of the night is already improved, I just have to commit to the next steps for through the night. The Facebook group is really supportive and Nicole is so responsive, even with 2 young children to look after. As Nicole says it’s not an instant fix but a gradual tweak here and there to change the overall behaviour and sleep and every little change has an impact so it’s really worth it. I’ve so much faith that this will work and in Nicole that I have bought my pregnant friend the newborn course.”
