Shortlisted as one of the top 3 parenting courses in the Best New Parent Product or Service Category by Made For Mums 2023, you know you are in safe hands with Nicole guiding you from Pregnancy to Parenting
Watch or listen ON DEMAND and on the go to my Pregnancy and Newborn support.
If you are expecting a baby and want to prepare practically and emotionally for those early months with your precious baby, then this is the programme for you.
Nicole has teamed up with some of the leading experts to support you through your pregnancy and to help you navigate the first 6 months of your baby’s life.
You can instantly access evidence-based information about what is normal in terms of new parents’ feelings and emotions, baby development, sleep and more. Unlike many expectant parent resources, this Pregnancy and Newborn support course will also help you to prepare positively for the unexpected, as no two babies are the same.
You don’t know what you don’t know, this is where we come in.
This is the course that tells you what the antenatal classes don’t tell you. It isn’t about creating a birth plan, or how to change a dolls nappy, it is about the real things that happen once you become a parent, and how to support you through some of the more difficult and unexpected things you may encounter.
Don’t end up like so many parents wishing they had thought a bit further ahead than the birth. Hindsight is great, but you can’t change the past, so let me help you and give you foresight and prepare for the future.

Nicole understands that sometimes you may have questions, or a baby with more complex needs, or you may just need someone to offload to and have a hand to help you through what can be a tricky few months.
This is why there is the option to add some one to one time to your programme.
Nicole can assess your personal situation, discuss what you have already done, what help you have sought and look at the full picture to be able to help you support your baby to sleep that bit better.
It is really important to know that we are not expecting newborn babies to be sleeping through and we do not advocate any form of sleep training for young babies, however, we can shape things to be better than they are and support you as a parent on your journey.
For £125 you will get:
- Looking at your family as a whole and assessing yours and your baby’s needs. Assessing your baby’s sleep, feeds, routines and more in order to support you the best I can.
- A 60 minute online consultation using Zoom which you can keep
- Helping you understand what is happening with your baby and ways to support them to sleep better and also offering ideas to help you personally through these first few months
- One 30 minute follow up phone call to discuss how things are developing and offer further supportive ideas
